The 2022 Reading Challenge Is Almost Over!
In case you missed it at the beginning of the year, there’s still a little time left to enter our annual reading challenge. All you have to do is post the titles of 12 books you’ve read in 2022. You can use our list (below) as a guideline or just post ANY 12 books (we’re not particular; we just want to get people reading!).
Post your list on our website, on our Facebook event page, or email us before midnight on December 31 and you’ll be eligible to win a prize. Happy reading!

Quote of the Month
“I’ve always thought that a good book should be either the entry point inward, to learn about yourself, or a door outward, to open you up to new worlds.”
—Taylor Jenkins Reid
Brain Teaser of the Month
Congratulations to Wini Tomczyk, who won an Amazon gift card for sending a “You’re welcome” message in response to last month’s “thank you” from Blydyn Square. Congratulations also go to November’s trivia contest winner, T. F. Gray, who won an Amazon gift card as well. The question was:
Where did November get its name?
The answer: It was named for the ninth (novem) month of the early Roman calendar.
Now answer this:
What unusual holiday is celebrated each year on December 17?
Send us your answer (info@blydynsquarebooks.com) and you’ll be entered in our prize drawing.
That’s it for this month. See you next time!
