Blydyn Square Books is excited to welcome our newest author, Janna Goodwin!
Janna L. Goodwin was raised on beef and refinery fumes in the oil city of Casper, Wyoming. She is a playwright, author, and occasional solo performer of comedic monologues. An alumna of the National Shakespeare Conservatory in New York, Janna holds a doctoral degree in Communication from UMass, Amherst, and is a professor emerita at Regis University, where she taught for twenty years. She has enjoyed residences at the Ko Festival of Performance, the Nantucket Island School of Design and Arts (NISDA) and the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, but mostly writes in coffee shops in Denver and wherever else she goes. Her memoir, The End of the World Notwithstanding, received a starred Kirkus review and was included in their Top Indie Books of 2021.
The working title of Janna’s novel is Jackalope. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to publication!
